San Francisco Shakespeare Festival presents Julius Caesar

The San Francisco Shakespeare Festival will present Julius Caesar at the Modesto Library on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013 at 6 p.m. Following the performance, there will be a one hour playshop experience that will help deepen the audience’s appreciation for the play. Playshop participants may also be invited to join Shakespeare for All, a community production of William Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar, is scheduled for Dec. 17, 2013 at the Nick W. Blom Salida Regional Library. Possible roles could include acting, performing music or helping with set design. People of all ages, with or without theater experience are welcome. The community production will be tailored for our community and the script will be modified to fit a condensed format.  The Shakespeare For All playshop and the community production of William Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar are made possible through a grant from the James Irvine Foundation. Shakespeare For All is designed to introduce the works of William Shakespeare to a broad audience in an interactive environment that is fun for
the whole family.
