Road Repair Update

PROJECT:
Paving Crows Landing Road between South bound Hwy 99 off ramp and School Road
STATUS:
Pavement Overlay work will begin on Tuesday, October 2nd through Thursday, October 4th.
IMPACT:
Crows Landing Road Exit South bound Hwy 99 off ramp will be closed during construction. Crows Landing Road will be reduced to one lane of travel each direction between Hwy 99 overpass and School Road. Traffic delays are anticipated.  Lane closures and lane shifts will be in place. Motorists are requested to travel slowly through the work zone and use alternate routes when possible.

PROJECT:
Carpenter Road Bridge Seismic Retrofit                                                         
STATUS:
Work is in progress. Project completion is expected in June 2013.
IMPACT:
Traffic controls are in place with narrow lanes. Traffic delays are anticipated during the day between 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Motorists are requested to travel slowly through the work zone and use alternate routes when possible. Oversized and Wide Load Vehicles should use alternate routes.

PROJECT:
Gas Main Replacement by PG&E
STATUS:
Work is in progress. Work completion is expected by October 31st.
IMPACT:
Traffic controls will be in place. Lane closure and shifts will be along Dale Road from Bangs Avenue to Standiford Avenue and on Sisk Road from Standiford Avenue to Rumble Road, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the day and from 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. during the night for both locations. Detours are in place. Motorists are requested to travel slowly through the work zone and use alternate routes when possible.

PROJECT:
Fiber Optic Work by KinderMorgan
STATUS:
Work is in progress. Work completion is expected by Fall 2012.
IMPACT:
Traffic controls will be in place. Shoulder work and lane shifts will be intermittent on La Loma Avenue from Santa Barbara Avenue to Miller Avenue; Miller Avenue from La Loma Avenue to El Vista Avenue; and El Vista Avenue/Mitchell Road from Miller Avenue to Tuolumne River crossing. Motorists are requested to travel slowly through the work zone and use alternate routes when possible.
