please deport them illegal Mexicans. it seems like everytime i go out, i see a mexican woman with at least 3-4 kids. you go to your local welfare office and tell me who you see most. yep, in california, you'll see a lot of mexicans in those offices.

The first time we really hear that the Fed Gov has ignored and minimized this problem to the complete detriment and disgust of the American people.

Here is my thinking on solving the illegal trespasser problem and path to citizenship and satisfy both Democrats and Republicans and most American people.

1.Start building the fence. ( a good one)
2. Let it be known that when the fence is complete, all illegals found will have a mandatory sentence of 2 years in prison and a fine of $10,000. ( needs to be very harsh)
3. Fine any business employing illegals $5000 for each offense
4. Leave a large part with a gate and guarded, where those returning will have an escape route.
5. As they pass by going back to Mexico hand them the necessary papers to fill out for legal entry.
6. To comply they must be finger printed, back ground checked and health checked. ( This can also be location for these checks, but must return to Mexican soil before applying)
7. This permit will be good for 1 year, and must be renewed on the 10th month for another year. (failure . to do so will be $100 dollars fine for first offense and automatic deportation on second offense and 5 years penalty before applying for second RED CARD this will also affect all family members)
8. This will be a RED CARD tied in with picture and fingerprint through database.
9. The cost for this will be $20 per person for first year, add $50 dollars per person each year and every year until filling for and receiving citizenship. (Cost will force this action)
10. Must start learning ENGLISH. ( THESE WILL BE FREE LESSONS)
11. Any criminal activity will cause permanent lose of card and deported after jail time. This includes all family members.. (family will have the responsibility for compliance)
12. For any schooling, welfare are medical ,RED CARD must be presented and checked.
Any schooling and medical expense or welfare will be billed to Mexico.( I think Mexico should have some cost for their people) Should Mexico not respond to billing, automatic removal and revoke of RED CARD for all members of family (unless paid by RED CARD holder). Deportation can be blamed on Mexico not the U.S..
This number will also become their SS card when becoming a citizen.

This I do not consider profiling and should be agreeable to those here legally.

We need to have some organization and thought, not just crammed down the throats of the American people.

This is just a beginning, so stop the bullshit and complete this idea.
