November events at the Ceres Library

If you are in need of the perfect holiday baking recipe, seasonal craft or amazing family story, then a visit to the Ceres Library is in order. Mark your calendar and be sure to be in attendance for all the library has to offer in November.

First on the agenda is a recipe exchange event and cupcake decorating demonstration led by Anita Davis of Sharity’s Sweets. Participants are asked to bring copies of their favorite recipe and share a story about how it came to be their favorite. This event will take place on Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013 at 1 p.m.

Following the recipe exchange, Ceres Library will host a Pine Cone Turkey Craft on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013. Children will be able to let their creativity take over when they use pine cones and feathers to make beautiful turkey decorations.
