On November 6, 2013, at approximately 1:25 A.M., California Highway Patrol informed Turlock Police Department that a male reported he was being shot at by an unknown occupant in a vehicle traveling southbound Highway 99 near Taylor Road.
Shortly after this, Turlock Police received several 9-1-1 calls reporting sounds of shots fired in the area of East Main Street and Lyons Avenue. Officers responded to the location and found an East Indian, male, 21 years old, deceased, with gunshot wounds, sitting in the driver’s seat of a white sedan.
The responsible vehicle was described as a dark colored sedan. This is an ongoing investigation and anyone with information regarding this case is asked to contact Detective Timothy Redd at 209-668-5550 Extension 6625.
