Andres Iniesta = Biggest Diving/Flopping Soccer Player In 2010 World Cup Finals?

Andres Iniesta is perhaps one of the best players in Spain’s 2010 World Cup soccer team. He is a midfielder who is widely known for his acting skills. If the World Cup had an award ceremony like the Emmys, he would have won for Best Male Actor. He is one of Spain’s best players alright, but for acting.

Throughout the entire tournament, Andres Iniesta flopped and dived on almost every single touch that the opponent made on him. His acts are so ridiculous; we don’t even know where to start. What pisses the fans the most are that the referees actually believed he was fouled!

Spain’s win over the Netherlands should not have occurred. If the refs had called the foul on the other end, Andres Iniesta’s goal would have never occurred. The game was quite intriguing. It should have gone into penalty kicks but the refs stopped this from happening.

Best Male Actor = Andres Iniesta

Best Supporting Actor = David Villa

Most Overrated = Spain (then Mexico)

Best Team = Netherlands

    If you people just stop looking at Van Bommel and The Jong for a minute, maybe things clear up. Spain was acting like glass, made some serious “unseen” fouls and were acting all over the place. Yeah, Holland played bad, but so did Spain.

    Even if the Dutch play with 5 players, Spain can only score once in a game. So it would likely end up 1-0 for Spain. Unfortunatly for the Dutch, they had to play against 12 players. Referee included.

    People are just complaining just because their team lost … If their team dived and won there won't be any complaints … All this comments about diving , how the games was not refereed fairly are not about justice just about who won … if holland would had won you think that spain won't complain about de jong kicking alonso and only got a red card ? their is no such thing as justice … as long as your team is the one that is doing the diving then it's ok … but when the other team does it … it's bad … SUCK IT UP
