2011 NFL Draft Order Projections With Mock Draft Picks For Top 10

by Thomas J Andrews on December 28, 2010

With a week left in the 2010 NFL regular season, the projected 2011 NFL Draft order appears to be in place. The final draft order won’t be finalized until the very last game has been played. Teams from the top 10 will be jostled around a bit as most of them are playing their divisional rivals this final week. And a win or a loss can move them up or down the draft board.

Below are the top 10 draft projections and possible mock picks in the 2011 NFL Draft.

1)      Carolina Panthers – Da ‘Quan Bowers, DE Clemson

2)      Denver Broncos – Patrick Peterson, CB LSU

3)      Cincinnati Bengal – AJ Green, WR Georgia

4)      Buffalo Bills – Nick Fairley, DT Auburn

5)      San Francisco 49ers – Andrew Luck, QB Stanford

6)      Arizona Cardinals – Robert Quinn, DE/OLB North Carolina

7)      Dallas Cowboys – Ryan Mallett, QB Arkansas

8)      Houston Texans – Stephen Paea, DT Oregon State

9)      Detroit Lions – Prince Amukamara, CB Nebraska

10)  Cleveland Browns – Julio Jones, WR Alabama

What are you basing your projections on. Do you seriously think Luck will not go #1? Panthers will trade down with San Francisco. Also, did you forget Dallas dropped $50 million on Romo and have Kitna as a backup? You might want to rethink your projections.

I think this is more what you want.. There is no way Luck does not go #1, even if they have to trade down. And I doubt the Bengals will choose a WR so high.. They have a terrific young WR, and a strong TE

Jerry Jones loves Mallett who plays at Arkansas where he is on the Board, was born and all his family is from Little Rock and goes every weekend. Romo is on a short stick and the only ring he will get is the wedding ring.

I see a lot of potential for Andrew Luck #1… but to Arizona if not Carolina.. Keep the kid in Scottsdale; it’s win-win for the fans & the franchise. Trade Larry Fitzgerald to KC (if he really wants to go play for Todd Haley again) & package both 1st rounders to Carolina to land yourself the hometown kid & #1 player in the draft.

i think buffalo should wind up with luck or newton we need a franchise qb if not a left tackle is a must

  • Gridironclassic50

hey buffalo would give ya lee evans and let u move up for fitz

  • Rags

Carolina has two emerging DEs, in both Charles Johnson and Greg Hardy, DE wouldn’t be the pick here. Carolina needs a DT, not a DE.

Carolina will take Luck if he’s available. Clausen isn’t the answer, and even if they draft Luck, that doesn’t mean they’ve given up on Clausen yet.
